Jay Smooth is the best vlogger in the game and he comes through again here. He's makin the point that a ridiculous Diddy blog (that I refuse to post) was. And that is: Don't get fooled by this "Obama's ahead bullshit." The Repulicans are banking on Dems not turning out as a result. Don't get complacent!!

It reminds me of a poem Bamu did some years ago, which said something like "Our children are gonna wonder why we weren't out throwing rocks in the street, why we didn't just up and leave." In this case, we don't even need the rocks- just the ballot (for now). Don't sleep on this family.

Okay, so this in fact is the work of the brilliant Jay Smooth, but it really cuts to the heart of what the McCain campaign is trying to do. And that is paint Obama as everything different from the status quo. In all the latest McCain and RNC smear ads, there is this lurking suspicion being peddled in the hopes of scaring your "average" white Americans away from such a mysterious and radical individual.
