When Mr. GetBack (aka Rafael Casal aka the man who took the photo above and directed the videos below) sent the first installment of Jennah Bell's Subway Series, we were hooked. How would we describe the 22 year-old Oakland native who attends the prestigious Berklee School of Music? Could we mention Alanis while explaining Bell's alternative/folk/soul sound? Are artist comparisons even necessary at this point? Genre classifications? Eh, maybe not. You can classify her however you see fit. We just want you to listen.
