You've heard The Love, Pain & Music Mixtape and watched the Get:Live session, but have you seen Netta Brielle's latest video "Screamin"? Directed by Terrance Banks, the video for the Traxamillion-produced song shows Netta in her hometown of Berkeley, CA with family, friends, and fellow musicians while she answers the question "Who is Netta B?"
Before the video dropped Netta provided some insight about the filming of the video and her mission in music. In the post "Why I'm Screamin'" she explains the impact gun violence has had on her family and how the tragedy of losing her sister pushed her. "...I developed a brand new responsibility, as an aunt, as a woman, and as an artist. I haven't been the same person since, and I don't know if that is a good or bad thing, but I know it brought on new meaning to my life," she writes.
Ms. Netta Brielle is working to pursue her dreams and be an example for folks in her community and an inspiration to young girls. And she's coming out "Screamin'."
