I thought that since E-40 cut his locks off, he wouldn't look so much like The Wire's Prop Joe. But then I looked back at pictures of E-40 from before he got twisted up, and realized that the resemblance has always been uncanny. Luckily 40 isn't quite as fat . . . yet.
