Back in 2008 Vallejo born artist Vital decided to take a different route with his music. He’d done the hip-hop thing. He’d done the R&B thing. But neither was really his thing. After a couple years of experimenting, he found his sound and dropped The Vital EP. The six-song release includes tracks that long for the more innocent days experienced during childhood and discuss chasing dreams without fear. Plus there’s a Beatles tribute.
The Vital EP also features “Saying.” The colors, the lights and the effects for this video are dope. It’s like a well-orchestrated light show. Instead of presenting scenes and a storyline to illustrate the song’s lyrics, the video uses effects to capture the vibe of track. It’s nice. You should watch.
