New Music: Naté : "Heart Heals"

"Last night was the night I stopped loving you/ just don't feel the way it used to..." It's a break-up song. But there's no real angst. In her new single, "Heart Heals," Naté sings about moving on after ending a relationship and getting to a place where she can love again. But unlike your typical "this is the end" track, she's not throwing dirt, there's no drama, there's no bitterness. What you do hear is a strong sense of acceptance as she sings lines like: "It won't be the first time I've fallen out of love..."

When you take a second to listen to the lyrics of the Esinchill-penned song, it's hard not be refreshed by this take on relationships. Making peace with what has happened and having hope for the future is definitely the way to make sure your "Heart Heals."
