When I first read this, I got sick to my stomach, because Jackson is one of our only veteran leaders who can produce on the court and play defense on the wing. Without Jackson in our starting lineup it appears we would have to start Monta Ellis at the shooting guard position, which scares me to say the least. There is no guarantee that Jackson will be traded, but he is not happy in Oakland anymore and most likely will not be the most fun guy to be around until his demands are met.
We will keep you updated on what happens, but in the meantime, let us know what you think about his demands and what this means for the Warriors.

Let him leave! He's a casualty on offense and his intensity is dwindling on defense. We can afford to put some young guys in there to compete and give a spark to both sides of the ball. Let Jackson get his wish and get something in a draft pick in return.
To be frankly honest, i never really liked him. Baron made him into a great player. This guy is just a role player. With him as the go-to guy was why i wasnt too hopeful on our chances. he has no patience, he single handedly blew hella games for us, he was selfish most of the times, etc. etc. And for the record, im a die hard fan; i aint no after-baron-band wagon fan. Im a watched and rooted for when we missed the playoffs forever fan. This is something ive been asking for since he arrived! and to want to be traded to a "contender?! who the fuck does he think he is?! Good riddance!!!!
