Okay, so 2009 wasn't the best season for the Warriors, but our boys gave us a few enduring gems anyway. Check out this highlight mix accompanied by the Hoodstarz song "Laughing" (produced by David Banner).
Here's to next year! And despite my endorsement of Cali unity, I'd also like to propose a toast to the Magic. Beyond the fact that I don't like Kobe, Laker fans can't hold a candle to Warriors' fans. Maybe struggling through years of sub-.500 ball makes you appreciate the good times a bit more, but when I saw the Warriors play the Lakers at the Staple Center last year, I could hear other Warrior fans across the arena! The Lakers were winning the whole time but all their fans could muster was a bit of half-hearted applause in response to me and my friends' constant hooriding. Maybe the fans are subdued because the seats are shrouded in darkness during the game, or maybe it's because they flat out suck.
Just a Oakland-centric caveman conjecture. Draw your own conclusions.
