Mayor Dellums calls for outside investigation

There has been nothing but fishiness surrounding the investigation of murdered Oakland journalist Chauncey Bailey. If yall have been under a rock for the last year here is a super brief synopsis.

1. Journalist Chancey Bailey (right) was investigating Your Black Muslim Bakery's shadiness and got blasted by a shotty on his way to work.
   
2. A Bakery underling, Devaughndre Broussard, has taken the rap, but it seems pretty evident that Black Muslim leader, Yusuf Bey IV (top center), is behind this in some way.
3. The Oakland Police's investigation has been most recently tainted due to Sgt. Derwin Longmire's (right) unethical intervention in the investigation of Yusuf Bey IV, with whom he has a previous relationship. Apparently Longmire has also intervened in previous felony investigations involving Bey IV.
4. Yesterday Mayor Ron Dellums called for an outside investigation of the Bailey murder by a state or federal agency, due to OPD internal affair's failure to handle the matter. Longmire is still on active duty. Bey IV is currently jailed on other charges.
