I'd like to introduce the 38thNotes community to Mr. Alexander Spit. He's a laid back slick talker with that cig-smokin' SFC hooligan swag. The 23 year old Pinoy emcee is a native of San Francisco but currently resides in LA, which perfectly explains his raspy, yet breezy, California sound. His lyrics are witty and his flow is raw, but neither quite explain his appeal. One listen to his most recent mixtape, Until Next Summer, however, and you automatically understand his draw. There's just something about his left coast independent spirit, old soul and effortless cool that separates him from the competition.
With Until Next Summer Alexander Spit pays tribute to urban coastal living with feel good bass and braggadocio. Enjoi my favorite mixtape of the summer, and hope it lasts till the next one. Chuch!
