If you didn't hear the collective moan Monday night, the Raiders lost to the Chargers... again. That aside, it was one of the best Raider games I have watched in years. The team looked good and the Raider Nation was rocking the whole Town. It had been a long time since I genuinely enjoyed watching a Raider game, but last night almost made up for all of those other terrible Monday Night Football performances. And with a few more big offensive plays, less 4th quarter prevent D and the absence of ANOTHER terrible call, the Raiders would have walked away victorious.As mentioned in an older post, Ice Cube has been in town kicking it with the team and promoting his new song "Raider Nation," which was played last night for the first time. And as promised, we have the link and the DL for you. The song isn't great to slap while cruising the strip, but it fits its purpose, providing the team with an anthem they can play on TV and at the Coliseum!

To me, the best song about the Raiders is still "I'm A Raider" by the Luniz. No matter how many times I listen to it, I still get juiced and I know there were multiple fans slapping it Monday night during the game (I see you Sammey). You could make a case that it isn't directly about the Raiders, but it is most definitely a Bay classic. Anybody know of any other Raider songs? Leave us some love and your thoughts about the Raider game.

If our defense can do what they did for 3 3/4ths of the game, and Jmark can make those 3rd down tosses we have a shot to do something in the weak AFC west.
