"Oakland's Tight": Introducing Carne Cruda

I've been making more of an effort to explore dope local bands outside of hip-hop and have came up on some talented folks I'll start sharing with yall. One such collective is the Oakland band Carne Cruda. They describe their sound as "exploring the intersection of Surf and Latin music," but more specifically, I think they sound like a blend of Sublime, Buena Vista Social Club and Adam Stern.

They're Tower of Power-esque horn blares and fun local lyrics are perfect for cruisin, chillin, or barbequing on a warm summer day in the Town. Check out a couple fresh cuts from Carne Cruda below.
