12/10/08 (Hip Hop PR Wire) -- For years, the competitive music scenes in San Francisco and Oakland have enjoyed a friendly rivalry and these two dominant Bay Area cities have produced some of the region's most talented artists.
Two such artists, who have enjoyed a long and successful career on the independent scene, are Oakland's Keak da Sneak and San Francisco's San Quinn.
With Bay Area-based Ehustl Entertainment's newest release, Welcome to Scokland, these Golden State heavyweights bring the two nearby cities together to keep the Bay Area rap scene alive.
The duo have an incredible energy and brotherly bond that shines through each track. In a recent HipHopDx interview San Quinn shared,"It's a hell of an opportunity for two bosses to build some camaraderie. San Francisco and Oakland coming together is a hell of a collaboration. We really rocked together, thought about [song concepts]; it's...phenomenal. The unity is needed, and [Oakland and San Francisco] have us to provide the demonstration."
Welcome to Scokland features the singles "Hot N' Cool" and "She Fine", with music videos to be released soon.
